crash

Sapphire broke a bottle of apple cider vinegar this morning.

The larder was in a narrow room, it shattered right in the center, sending its content and fragments of glass everywhere.

When I got to the scene she was already licking her lips
and chewing! I gathered my guts, tip toed over the spillage, carried her (phew, thank goodness she's lighter), and tip toed back over vinegar and glass pieces.

I have boxes on the floor too.
*smacks forehead*

Took me a while to clean up, and now the house smells like Greek salad.

Moral of the day: Never leave anything below 3 feet.

P.S. She chewed the cap, not glass.

Oh thank goodness she didn't lick up any glass. That would have scared me. Are we under counter sulking?

Hello Sapphire!! Thanks for coming by and left your cute pawprints on our guestbook. So sorry... we meant to come by earlier... we remember you came by before and we asked our cheif editor aka mom to link your blog to ours (if it was ok!) but doesn't seem like she did her job!! So we'll add your name to our friends list now. Hope you don't mind... :)

I hope Sapphire wasn't hurt. I agree that you shouldn't leave anything below 3 feet!
