training and upgrade

Sapphire stays outdoor during the time when we are both not in. Just last Sunday we fixed up a safety gate between the hall and kitchen so she can stay indoors at the kitchen/ laundry area. No way I trust her roaming free in the house alone!

Yep, definitely another upgrade.

Pee pads! Now that's going to be a challenge. She doesn't really need to use it 'cause her daily morning and evening walks kinda take cares of it. But, just in case!

As a bonus, Sapphire gets to sniff and watch for cats at the back alley.

While I was cleaning up and dog-proofing the kitchen/laundry area...

Be good, Sapphire!

Before long, she'll be roaming freely ;-) Sapphire looks good.

We tried pee pads for Kess when we moved to our apartment. During the initial adjustment period, she peed on the carpet instead of the pee pad...we now have a big packet of unused pee pads coz Kess just doesn't know how to use it..Thankfully, she's figured out that the patch of grass in the balcony is for peeing. Now that the weather I'd cold, she pees more often than before. So we just leave the door open.

Give it some time- they all love freedom and learn quickly how to earn it:)

Have fun, Sapphire and be good.

She looks like she is saying "this is not quite right."

That's good news, Sapphire! Being inside is much better than being left alone outside :-) I hope you will feel safe and comfortable, staying inside.
